Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We understand that schedules change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our clients and our small studio.

Cancellation Notice

We require 24 hours of notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment without penalty. This allows us to offer the slot to another client and prepare appropriately for our day.

How to Cancel or Reschedule

You can cancel or reschedule your appointment three ways:

  • Online: Through your Glossgenius booking confirmation link
  • Phone: Call (203) 385-2243 during business hours
  • WhatsApp: Send a message anytime

Late Cancellations

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours of notice may be subject to a partial deposit forfeit. The exact amount depends on the booked service and is detailed in your booking confirmation.

No-Shows

Failure to show up for a confirmed appointment without notice may result in:

  • Full deposit forfeit
  • Required prepayment for any future bookings

Late Arrivals

We schedule one client at a time to ensure full attention to your appointment. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule, as starting late can affect the quality and timing of your procedure.

Rescheduling Pre-Procedure

If you arrive at your appointment but realize you’re not in the right state for permanent makeup (anxious, unwell, didn’t follow pre-care instructions), please tell us before we begin. We can reschedule with no penalty as long as we haven’t started the procedure.

Inclement Weather

In the case of severe weather affecting safe travel, we will reach out proactively to reschedule. Connecticut winter conditions sometimes require flexibility; we work with you.

Health-Related Cancellations

If you become unwell, are pregnant, or experience a medical condition that prevents permanent makeup, contact us as soon as possible. We will work with you on a fair rescheduling solution.
